Who we are

What you give us

When you fill in a form on this site we receive your name and phone number, and anything else you choose to add: an email address, your business name and type, and your answers about timing, budget and space. We use it to reply to you about leasing a space. It goes to our leasing staff by email and into the systems we use to manage enquiries and leases. We do not sell it.

Phone calls

Some phone numbers shown on this site are call-tracking numbers. They forward to our office and record the calling number, the time and the length of the call, so we can tell which pages and ads lead to calls. Calls placed from a Google ad may use a Google forwarding number for the same purpose.

Analytics and advertising

We use these services to understand how the site is used and to measure our advertising. They may set cookies or similar identifiers in your browser.

• Google Analytics and Google Ads measure visits, form submissions and calls from ads, and may show you our ads on other sites. You can control ad personalization at adssettings.google.com.
• Meta (Facebook and Instagram) measures visits and enquiries from our ads. When you send a form, the contact details you entered are sent to Meta in a hashed (scrambled) form so it can match the enquiry to an ad. You can manage ad preferences in your Facebook or Instagram settings.
• Microsoft Clarity records how visitors click, scroll and move through pages, as heatmaps and session recordings, so we can see where the site is confusing. What you type into forms, and our form's contact fields, are hidden from recordings. Microsoft keeps recordings for 30 days and summary data for up to 13 months under the Microsoft Privacy Statement. We do not use Clarity for advertising.
• Matomo, which we host on our own server, counts page visits. That data stays with us.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site still works without them. For more on interest-based advertising and opting out, see optout.aboutads.info.

Cookies and GDPR

The analytics and advertising services above set cookies in your browser; the site itself needs none to work, and declining or deleting them does not stop you browsing or contacting us. This site is for businesses looking for space in North Texas and is not aimed at visitors in the European Union. If you are in the EU or UK and the GDPR applies to you, you may ask us to access, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or to stop using it, at office@ccc-bp.com.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for as long as they are useful for leasing, and longer where the law or a lease requires it. Ask us and we will delete or correct what we hold about you, unless we have to keep it.

Children

This site is for businesses looking for commercial space. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
